Attendance Registration Form

Dear Parents of Junior Blues Members

The 2011/12 Hyundai A-League season is upon us! Each game you wish to attend will require you to register your child’s Membership number for attendance. After each registration you will receive a confirmation email, this will then enable your child’s card to scan at the entry gates for each Hyundai A-League game.

If you are not already Sydney FC Members, you can purchase a Bronze General Admission seat and sit with your child in any of the General Admission Bays (6-9, 17-20, 28-32 and 38-41)

General Admission Tickets and Junior Blues Membership cards scan in at any public gate so you can always enter with your child.
